By creating an account or using Dartala, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Dartala provides AI-powered document analysis and RFI (Request for Information) management tools for construction companies. The service includes PDF text extraction, AI-generated summaries, semantic search, and AI-drafted RFI responses.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must only upload documents you have the legal right to process.
• You must not use the service to process documents containing unlawful content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated responses before sending them to third parties.

4. AI-generated content disclaimer

Dartala uses artificial intelligence to generate draft responses and summaries. These are provided as a starting point and productivity aid only.

AI-generated content is not professional or legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any response before it is sent to contractors, architects, engineers, or any other party. Dartala is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. Data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload. By uploading documents, you grant Dartala a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with other users.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dartala is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
